This tool is to guide UK public sector contracting authorities through the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. For example, procurement and commercial professionals, procurement policy and commercial policy professionals.
The Procurement Pathway should not be used instead of relevant policy, legislation, best practice and individual contracting authority policies and procedures. Each commercial activity will have its own unique characteristics.
The pathway is broken down into four stages to support your decision-making. This will help you plan, define, procure, and manage your procurement activities.
