The Procurement Pathway should be used in conjunction with, and reference to, appropriate procurement legislation, policy, guidance and individual contracting authority's own guidance, policy, process and procedures. This tool is not a substitute for legal, commercial or other professional advice.

The pathway is broken down into four phases to support your decision-making. This will help you plan, define, procure, and manage your procurement activities.
