This regulation provides that references to nomenclatures in the context of public procurement shall be made using the CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary).

Contracting authority should:

  • ensure any references to nomenclatures are made using the CPV.

There is no direct equivalent section in the Procurement Act 2023.
