Public contracts awarded, and design contests organised, pursuant to international rules

Overview
This regulation provides that contracts are excluded from Part 2 PCR 2015 if they are subject to procurement procedures established by international agreements or organisations, or if they are fully or primarily financed by international organisations or institutions.
This regulation also addresses the specific procedure to be followed for the award of contracts involving defence or security aspects which are awarded according to international rules.

Certain public contracts awarded in accordance with international rules are excluded from Part 2 PCR.
