Reg. 51 (PCR 2015)
Publication on the UK e-notification service
In: Procure > Contract award and implementation
Overview
This regulation explains which notices are required to be published to the UK e-notification service (provided by Find a Tender), and confirms that contracting authorities may publish notices even when they are not required to do so.
Objective at this commercial stage
Notices communicating the outcome of a procurement process under the PCR 2015 must be published on the UK e-notification service (provided by Find a Tender).
Key considerations at this commercial stage
Contracting authorities should:
- retain proof of the date on which any notice is published to Find a Tender. A confirmation from Find a Tender that the notice has been published, which includes the date of publication, will be sufficient
- ensure that notices terminating a Dynamic Purchasing System before the end of the most recently indicated period of validity (regulation 34(28A) PCR 2015), contract award notices (regulation 50 PCR 2015), contract award notices for contracts for social and other specific services (regulation 75(3) PCR 2015), and notices of the result of a design contest (regulation 79(3) PCR 2015) are published on Find a Tender.
