Reg. 51 (PCR 2015)

Publication on the UK e-notification service

In: Define > Market consultation and engagement

Overview

This regulation explains which notices are required to be published to the UK e-notification service (provided by Find a Tender), and confirms that contracting authorities may publish notices even when they are not required to do so.

Objective at this commercial stage

Prior information notices (PINs) must be published on the UK e-notification service (provided by Find a Tender).

Key considerations at this commercial stage

Contracting authorities should:

  • retain proof of the date on which any notice is published to Find a Tender. A confirmation from Find a Tender that the notice has been published, which includes the date of publication, will be sufficient
  • ensure that Prior Information Notices (see regulation 48 PCR 2015) are published on Find a Tender.
