Rules on the organisation of design contests and the selection of participants

Overview
This regulation provides that when organising design contests, contracting authorities must apply procedures which are adapted to reflect the provisions relating to design contests. Where design contests are restricted to a limited number of participants, the selection criteria must be clear and non-discriminatory and the number of candidates invited to participate must be sufficient to ensure genuine competition.
