Threshold amounts

Overview

This regulation sets out the relevant value thresholds (including VAT) for the different types of contracts that need to be procured in compliance with Part 2 PCR 2015.

Above-threshold contracts must comply with Part 2 PCR.

Key considerations at this commercial stage

Contracting authorities should:

  • ensure a contract being procured, to which Part 2 PCR applies given its value, complies with the provisions in Part 2 PCR regarding standstill letters and the publication of contract award notices.
