Reduction of the number of tenders and solutions

Overview

This regulation sets out the rules on how contracting authorities may reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated as part of a competitive procedure with negotiation or the number of tenders to be discussed as part of a competitive dialogue procedure.

The procurement documents must indicate the award criteria that the contracting authority intends to apply to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated or discussed.
