Overview
This regulation sets out the rules for contracting authorities on how many suppliers must be invited to tender in restricted procedures, competitive procedures with negotiation, competitive dialogue procedures and innovation partnerships and the methodology for determining this.

The contract notice must indicate the objective and non-discriminatory criteria or rules that the contracting authority intends to apply, the minimum number of suppliers that the contracting authority intends to invite and, where applicable, the maximum number.

Contracting authorities must:
