Closing the contract
Activities at this commercial stage include (not an exhaustive list):
- defining a transition plan, where relevant, and allocating activities to responsible parties
- developing an exit plan when contracts are completed or terminated early
- publishing relevant Notices in line with transparency requirements.
- updating systems and archiving contract documentation on contract closure, in accordance with information retention policy and procedures.
