The Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Playbook is best practice guidance on how to source and contract digital, data, and technology projects and programmes. It focuses on getting the projects and programmes right from the start.

There are three other Commercial Playbooks that should be referred to when your procurement fits within their scope:
